Paul is a founder Director of McGirk PR and has almost thirty years of experience at senior management level in both the public and private sectors. With a strong background in strategic planning, Paul has direct experience of leading major public consultation exercises and has been responsible for business development on major multi million pound projects.

Paul has extensive experience in the construction and health sectors and brings a strong capability in presentation skills, bid management and marketing. He has worked extensively overseas in Africa, the Middle East and India and so understands the the complexities of working internationally with multi cultural clients.

Paul is a Chartered Civil Engineer and has completed the Institute of Directors company Direction programme.
